2024 Florida Amendment Guide - James Madison Institute

The November 5th General Election will have six proposed constitutional amendments placed on the ballot. The six proposed constitutional amendments originated from two sources: the Florida legislature and citizen initiatives. Regardless of how a measure makes it to the ballot, all amendments require a 60 percent voting majority to pass. Please be informed on these issues prior to casting your ballot.
